Charlene co-founded The Dearing Team and is a founding agent of SERHANT. North Carolina. She grew up on Lake Norman and is an expert in all things Charlotte. As a former healthcare professional with a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management and Medical Imaging, Charlene loves caring for others. She centers her service approach on listening and understanding and earns trust through delivering results. Knowing how significant real estate can be emotionally and financially, she ensures her clients make informed decisions throughout the buying and selling process. That many of her clients become lifelong friends is a testament to her ability to create healthy working environments where relationships develop organically.
Licensed in North and South Carolina, Charlene works closely with her husband and business partner, Josh. She is a Five Star Professional, one of America’s Top 100 Real Estate Agents, listed in Lake Norman Who’s Who won Rookie of the Year and was featured in Lake Norman Woman’s Magazine and Charlotte Real Producers.
Charlene loves to cook and try different restaurants around the city in her spare time. She embraces new experiences and loves sharing tips, ideas, and recommendations to help clients get a taste of life in Charlotte. She and Josh have three incredible dogs: Lincoln, a Great Dane; Gracie Blu, a silver Lab; and Oakleigh, a Great Dane/Lab mix they rescued on a listing appointment. The two also enjoy partnering with local nonprofits and charities to give back to the community. Past initiatives include partnering with local schools to hold supply and backpack drives and hosting toy and coat drives for Charlotte Rescue Mission. The Dearing Team Halloween party also raises charitable funds to be donated yearly.
